Skin issue?

Hi everyone! I’m still new to chicken keeping and my flock is a little more than 8 weeks old now. I live in SoCal and it’s been super hot so maybe this is normal, but my beautiful Cochin has some dryness/patchyness on her face. It looks like she’s still loosing some of her baby feathers, but I wanted to make sure there was nothing to worry about. Any tips are greatly appreciated!

As long as she doesn’t have lice/mites I wouldn’t worry,she might just be growing in her new feathers.
