Skin or gut first???

This morning I want to butcher out some meat birds. I know I want to skin them all without plucking, but I am not sure whether to gut them before or after the skinning. I have reviewed all of the recommended sites and I have butchered out four turkeys so I feel prepared in all other ways. Please let me know whether you would skin or gut first...

Gut first, then skin. You have to get the, um, 'innards' out before they get too hot and start to create gasses inside the bird.
