Skin Tag?

I'm not sure what the heck this is. It looks like a giant skin tag. Any ideas or treatment suggestions? My1st thought is to trea it like a human skin tag and put a rubber band at its base until it falls off.
It's not on the vent, it just kinda hands off the back of her thigh.

That... looks like a tumor??? I would NOT mess with it yet.

So it is only connected to her by the thin string of skin? Does it feel soft and fluid-filled or firm? If it is soft, it may be a sebaceous cyst, and if it is hard, it may be a fibroma. I would probably tie a string around it, and cut it off. I am not a vet, just a chicken owner, so it is always best to see one.
