They look fine to me too. You really can't rush laying or growing, it just happens when it happens. Sometimes you will have a bird with an internal genetic defect, that as the bird grows bigger, it begins to interfere. Sometimes a person will just go in in the morning to find the bird dead. But there is really not anything you can do about it. Don't worry about it.
You might not want to pick these birds' eggs as potential hatching birds, as age of laying and weight gain is heritable traits. But if you do, it is no big deal, it is not like the chicken police are going to do a raid!
