We noticed one of our ISA brown hens is much smaller than all the others. She seems very skinny and we can definitely feel her breast bone. We watched her drink water, she seems fine and her comb is red.
I brought her in our house and she's eating scrambled egg. She has also pooped 3 times since being inside  The first one was very runny and the other two were more solid consistency. Should we be concerned?

yes you should be concerned if she keeps on getting skininer, but right now you should spoil her to help her get her weight up in a good way with treats that are healthy for her

What do you normally feed her/your flock?
Is it possible to get a fecal test run for worms?
Treats should not be more than 10% of their daily feeding, for now scrambled eggs, mealworms, tuna, dry cat food soaked in water. My girls weren't getting up to weight, I was feeding them "healthy" treats (veggies, fruits, mealworm) everyday. I was informed how too much "treats" imbalance the nutritional value of their feed which is a best for them. I stopped all treats, they got their fermented feed (FR), scattered 1/8 of dry feed & 1/8 of freeze dried mealworms when I close them up for the night, they're confined to their enclosure (8x12x7). They gained weight & fecal tests were negative.
