Hello! I am in the process of finishing out my chicken run and attached coop. The coop is a converted playhouse I built a while back with a solid painted plywood floor and thick 2x6 walls. The run will be attached to the coop with a skirt around the yard.
My question is do I need a skirt around the ENTIRE coop as well? I was going to do one on either side of the coop that’s adjacent to the run but not the back side of the coop as there’s about 5-6ft a critter would have to dig under and across to get to inside the run? See pics below.
