Here is Winnie, 8 weeks old, who is either a VERY aggressive pullet or is showing another quality??? It doesn't help that I don't know how much pecking should be involved in their establishing a pecking order...
What do you think? She was sold as a sexed pullet.

My 7 week old SLW's don't have nearly the amount of red on their combs or wattles, I would lean roo too, but as the previous poster says, don't give up hope yet, it just does not look promising, sorry.
 
Thanks for posting the pics - its helpful to compare. I have one SLW that has yellow comb, but the other's comb is twice as wide and pink, but not as red as my other roo's and not as large as one the one you posted photo of. So I can have hope!
