SL Wyandottes

Looking to add to my small BY flock and am interested in SL Wyandottes. Any body near SE Ohio have suggestions ?

Meyer Hatchery might be a great option for you. I have bought 30 chickens and 6 ducks from this wonderful business, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received each time! Out of all the chicks hatched there, only one has turned out to be a rooster; so in other words, the employees are very experienced. Most times of the year, the minimum order of chicks is 3. My SLW from Meyer is lovely, and she lays us surprisingly dark eggs.


The very last egg is hers, and this is compared to Marans and Welsummers (breeds known for the darkest eggs).
