My lovely Alice never misses a day. But she has the slightly untidy habit of sleeping in her nesting box. Which means she poops there, and then lays on top of it. The other girls all roost to sleep, and they haven't started laying yet. Any ideas on how to get her to roost for sleep and use her nest for sleeping? Thanks!

she's just a plain red layer. Someone clipped her wings badly and she can't fly, but the "roost" is a ladder propped against one wall, so they can all hope from rung to rung.

Do what I would make my hubby do, I would make him put her up on the roost with all the others every night so she wasn't alone !!!!
