Sleepy Lathargic Barred Rock

We have a 1 year old Barred Rock Hen that we observed just standing around with her eyes closed. Doesn't move much, eats and drinks little. We have quarantined her to continue observation. She looks fine, but keeps her eyes closed. We have given a shot of antibiotics, but no improvement. Should we continue to keep her quarantined? Any suggestions on what's going on?

Definitely keep her quarantined--she is not well. Are her eyes, nostrils, and vent all clear? Any wheezing or rattling when she breathes?

She did have a slight runny nose when we first quarantined her, the mucos was clear. Also her eyes seemed to tear, again clear liquid. We did give her a shot of Tynan 3 days ago, but no change yet. I saw a reference on another post that green poop is a sign of infection or starvation. She did have very bright green poop, so possible infection? Haven't checked her vent area.

Sorry, I don't have much experience with illness and disease... I'm just trying to get more info so maybe someone else who does know can chime in. My chickens have green poop after they eat grass, so I don't think that always means that something's wrong. Can't say I've seen bright green poop before though. Have you looked through diagnostic webpages with symptoms and diseases listed?
