After losing five pullets to coccidiosis, I Wormed and treated pullets for coccidiosis in water which finished a week ago.
I then Added probiotics to starter crumble food since then.

Four of the pullets are weak, sitting half day with eyes closed. Eating and drinking a little but definitely not doing well.

Any suggestions?

Can you please post some photos of the pullets and their poop?

How old are they?
What products and doses did you use to treat Coccidiosis and worms?
What are you feeding?

Did you have confirmation of Coccidiosis?

I'd work on hydration, get them drinking, then offer some wet chick starter.
Do check to make sure their crops are emptying overnight, look them over for lice/mites, check your feed to make sure it's not gotten moldy or rancid.

Took to Iowa veterinary School for coccidiosis confirmation
Followed directions for Corid 20% and liquid Goat Wormer.
I’m feeding them pre-lay Dumor Starter. Prior to coccidiosis outbreak, they were getting Purina Medicated Chick Feed.

I brought the two inside to treat individually Both weigh 2.1 lbs.
Giving Corid orally 2x day each .75ml.
Also giving them soaked Dumor
Starter with scrambled egg which theyll eat individually
Think they are getting better.
