Getting the chickens up to the poop shelf I created this chicken bridge that folds up (makes it easier to clean) however I was wondering, how have you all made your inclines less slick to walk up for them? Mine they can run up just fine, but coming down they are much slower and slide a bit. I tried adding those rungs up it they still slide. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I used to have a steep ramp in my setup. First I made rungs closer together. Later I elevated the low-side on a cinder block to lessen the angle. Even later, I just eliminated the ramp entirely, in favor of branch "ladders" instead. Everyone seems fine using the ladders, they take up less floor space and I also prefer the aesthetic.

That poop board looks less than 4ft off the ground, I'd bet $ all the birds in that pic would just start jumping up/down without any issue if you removed the ramp, looks like plenty of takeoff/landing space. Add more bedding on the ground if you're concerned with landing force.
