Slightly lethargic and opening mouth

Hi
i have a slightly more lethargic 6 week Brahma than others. She eats but will close eyes more, be more alone and for first time I saw her open mouth a little wider. she is on Medicated baby feed and I just put now save a chick pro biotic in water. Anything else I should add to spruce her up? First time chicken mama here and it’s just he 4 th day I have had them. Should I hold her more?

It’s the one on its own. It still eats, walks but you can tell it constantly wants to close eyes and mouth opens and closes a bit

I like your Bible verwe first of all...secondly, I have 5 chicks and haven’t seen any plus it’s all over the ground So how would I piece it out.

well I’m no expert. But usually if it’s coccius the infected chick will be lethargic acting and bloody poops. But there’s way more experience people
