Help my silky’s mouth is propped open

Does the blueish area on her neck under the beak feel firm or puffy? How long has she had this? Did it grow quickly? I wonder about it being a tumor. It’s really hard. It’s almost like it’s her trachea if they even have a trachea, it’s oblong shape and I think that is what’s pushing it up into her mouth.

It is totally firm feels like a bone. It’s oblong shape. It literally appeared overnight. That’s what makes me think. Possibly a tumor as well.

The room she is in is not too warm. Right now it might be a little cold, but she has been coming in and out of her brooder plate alright. I am nervous as I don't want her to die, and don't want my other birds sick.
Could be Mucoceles or an impacted Salivary Gland. From what I understand there's really a treatment.

If you have an Avian Vet that can see her they may be able to access her?
