Don't you hate it when you spot that perfect something or other, but can't immediately get it because of logistics, or lack of immediate cash, or what have you and then the next time you look it's gone? I just missed out on an incredible deal on a 4'x4' coop with an attached run, nearly new (it was too big for their purposes) and selling it only for $100. I contacted them fast, but since I had to arrange transport with a flatbed trailer a friend of mine has I couldn't pick up until a few days later...And they sold the coop today!
Really bites because while I have about half the materials to make my own coop, I DON'T have the tools and I loathe borrowing things like that from people, mostly because I hate relying on other people's schedules...Which is why I missed out on the coop. Not that I blame my friends for it, it just really bites that it would have been perfect and now it's gone.
