Slipped Tendon/ Broke Leg/ Or something else! I need help!

Hello all! First of all I can’t post a video, but I can provide pictures! I noticed she was hobbling around today using her wings and such to help her balance. I picked her up and examined her only to find nothing looks wrong outwardly but her left leg seems loose and lax like she can’t use it or move it. She can move her toes but the leg just seems to flop up and down. I don’t know what to do or how to start. I’ve already thought about putting her down but she’s got so much life left so I wouldn’t want to do that if it can be helped. Also I do not have any bird vets nearby.

How old is she? Are her toes curled under? Could she have been injured or do you have a rooster who might have hurt her? Cannyou confine her inside the coop or run in a wire dog crate with food and water? That would limit her activity so that she could rest the leg. Pictures are welcome.
