Slipped Tendon?

Hello, my chicks hatched last night and we moved them to the brooder today. When I saw this chick i knew she has splayed leg and ive put her in vet wrap but she still cant walk or move, researching more i think she might have a slipped tendon. Help?

The poor little thing! How is she doing?
The joints look swollen and irritated, is there oozing of fluid from the one joint?

My understanding is slipped tendon can be hard to correct. You can try fixing it, sadly some chicks don't make it when they have leg issues.
