Slipping tendon on 4 week old duckling

*sorry for repost I can’t find my last one*
Ive now discovered that elsa is walking on her hocks due to a slipping tendon. However…… each time I get it back into place it pops straight back out again. I’ve tried vet wrap but she just flicks on her back and panics or bends it’s which then it cut off circulation. If I do it looser it’s doesn’t hold the tendon in place

Please HELP!!!!

Here's some info about slipped tendon. If the tendon is slipped you may not be able to fix it, but hopefully you can.
