Slow chicken with drooping wings! Is she sick?

My Ameraucana hen Lucy has been acting very slow these past few days (stands by herself). She does come to me when i go in the run but she is quite a bit slower. This morning when I went outside she is again standing kind of crouched, her wings dropping, and her eyes not completely open. Does anyone know what this could be? Any advice on what I should do? Thank you!

Nutridrench also some hen boost if have it. Might be dehydrated.

Has she laid recently?

Ok Thanks for the advice, I will try giving her some electrolytes. As far as i know I don’t think she has laid recently, but we have 6 chickens and we are only getting 1-2 eggs a day... so some of them are not laying but she is the only one that seems a little off.

She may be egg bound keep an eye out for that
