Slow crop?

Yesterday morning I went to check on my 4 years old chickens and noticed one of my girls crop was still full. It had gone down alot but still not fully. Couple hours later it had fully emptied? What should I do about this?

Keep an eye on her throughout the day to see how she behaves. Check her again tomorrow morning. If it's not completely emptied again you may want to start some treatment to try to clear out a partial obstruction.
