Slow Developer or Problem

I have a 4.5 week old white leghorn chick.I think it's a pullet.And she isn't geting feathers as fast as my other 6 chicks that are the same age as her.the amount of feathers she has is that of a 2 week old.is something wrong with her? Or is it just the breed?slow developing?Who knows,i need help

If you can post photos we will be glad to take a look at her. Generally males are slower to feather out. Is there any chance she is a bantam breed (small)?

i dont think shes a bantam.shes as big as the rest just doesnt have as many feathers and ill post a pic later
