Slow developing eggs - Should I push off lockdown for another day?

I have incubated 16 eggs...ee's, and some barnyard mix. The majority of the eggs have developed well and as expected are showing a mostly full egg upon candling indicating a large chick about ready to hatch. I have a few eggs maybe 2 or three that although incubated for the same amount of time don't seem nearly as large but are still moving around in egg so still alive, not quitters. So should I let those few eggs that seem to have smaller chicks in them stay in incubator for an extra day or so or just put them all in lockdown tomorrow as if I was unaware of their size within the egg.

I personally would lock them all down together at the same time. I've noticed some of my birds look smaller. I think it's mostly how they are positioned?
