So I was doing eggtopsies yesterday and I found one that had apparently still been alive. 
I don't understand how though. It was the same age as the ones i had hatch 2,now 3 days ago but looked a week less developed. And it had been out from the mama hen for over a day (she left the nest and no one else sat on it)
Just curious if there's a reason that makes sense. I know this egg was the same age because no one in my coop lays eggs that color. I put it under her with the other eggs that did hatch at the same time
