Slow growing White Rock

I got a white rock chick the around March 20. She's almost a month now but still small.

We got her barred rock friend on Valentine's Day. The Barred Rock is what I'd expect from a 2 month old. The White Rock almost a month and more the size and feathers I'd expect from a two week old.

Think she's a slow grower, or is something wrong?
She was the tiniest chick I'd ever had. Smaller than a larger egg.

She's likely just a runt, and slower growing and developing. Though I don't think she's that small for her age so I wouldn't worry a whole lot.
Not much you can do except feed a high protein diet. I would feed at least a 20% starter feed. You can also cook up some egg and give her that, for more protein.

I have experienced this. An younger chick hit milestones at an earlier age than my eldest. They both are great.

I JUST went through this. I got a companion the same size (younger in age) as my runt and fed her a vitamin supplement. Nutri-Drench, Chick Support, there are a few different ones but as long as it is a vitamin supplement and she does not have to compete to heavily with food she will probably catch up in a matter of weeks.
