Slow night tonight...

Hello fellow New Mexicans!!

I was trying to decide what my favorite restaraut here in NM is (there are so many). The only thing I came up with is The Owl in San Antonio. Their green chile cheesburgers are a religious experience. I have been vegetarian for years, but The Owl is probably the only thing I can think of that tempts me to fall off the meat wagon....

Man I missed dinner tonight, and reading this thread got my stomach growling...sigh better go to bed and sleep.. then get up and have 5eggs hashbrowns bacon and toast!!!

I eat jalapenos to settle my stomach, red chili helps me sleep, it's a New Texican thing lol. Half New Mexican, Half Texan, I was raised eating this way. I travel with salsa and chilis.
