Slow Silkie Growth

I got this little guy at 4 days old, it is now 5 weeks old. It had a sibling which died suddenly, but was very small and growing really slowly, and was frquently pasty, it was the weaker of the two for sure. This is my first time raising silkies, but I feel like this chick looks much younger than pics of other 5 week old Silkie chicks. Is this abnormally slow growth? It is so sweet, I take excellent care of it, and I just want to make sure it’s healthy. As we got this one for a pet, as I have other chickens for laying purposes. Since it’s sibling has passed, it craves attention from my husband and I.

To me it does look much younger. Try putting a mirror or small stuffed animal in the brooder.
