Slow/sour crop or yeast infection in mother hen

Hi again,

After some discussions on here last night, I have determined that my hen probably has slow/sour crop or a yeast infection in the crop. However, she's mothering two chicks right now, and I'm not sure how to handle it as all treatments talk about taking her away from the flock and making sure she only gets certain food. I do now wonder if this has developed due to the change to the chick starter. I found another hen has also developed it and she is a sister (ie both from the same clutch last year).

Any suggestions on how to handle a sick mamma hen without causing problems for her chicks?
