They have a feeder of a mix of 16% Dumor Layer Feed and 20% Dumor starter (as I was advised on this site to use the starter in lieu of all flock due to it being harder to get). I don't know how far back you want me to go with treats, as it varies by the temp. But their common treats are their own eggs, mealworms, and scratch. Bread or warm rice is offered when the temps drop below freezing. Chilled fruits or veggies when it gets above 85. They have a constant supply of grit and shell during the day. I have none of those things available to me, and no way to get them in the immediate future. I tried the water, she hated it, so I sloshed it kind of and she willingly drank a few sips. She had zero clue what to do with the coconut oil, but she got a smidgen. I should've waited and just chilled it, as suggested. Will do that in a minute. Can I put the Tums in something? She has absolutely no wattles and there's no way that I can force her beak open. I think I answered them all? Thank you!
Ok. I'll take the photos in the morning. All of my birds, including her, have gone to bed for the night and I'd like for her to rest if she can. She shows no symptoms of water belly from what I've read; her lower portion is quite hard to the touch and not bulging or anything. And I've been advised before on here that if I was up to it I could do the pinky check? I have yet to do it to a hen, but if it would confirm or dispute the theory that an egg is stuck, then I'm willing to try.
Hopefully she's able to poop now.
Her poop looks completely normal (Pics will come a little later. Now that her booty burst like that, she kind of needs another bath. Her bum isn't plastered or anything, but it's got ick and I want it all gone so that I can do an exam at the same time as I get pics). She did vomit at least twice in the night, small amounts. Her crop is still swollen. I didn't expect her to be all better, so no surprises there. But when I first checked on her she was more alert than she has been, so that's improvement. After pooping, all she wants is to sleep now, so I'm letting her. She has lots of fresh water for now. 
I'm trying to get her to take the Tums, but I am horrible at getting things to take medicine! I just don't understand how to make her take it without mixing it into food, but as she doesn't want food, then I'm at a loss.She did her first poop this morning! Like, 15 minutes ago! I looked in, fully expecting her to no longer be with me, and she struggled to stand (or so it appeared) and then all I heard was pppffffllllttttt. Poop! If a chicken could smile, then I think she would have been, she looked so relieved. But her bum has no wounds, no maggots, no lice, no mites, and no signs of them ever having been a problem, either. I regularly check them, but the poopy butt must have really became a problem while I was dealing with another hen that was in distress, and this goes to show what a few days not paying attention does.
Oh yeah, she HATED the tub. So I had needed to do everything on the floor because she kept trying to fly (safest on the floor). Bucket of hot hot water, and a clean, rough rag. She seemed to like that. I don't know if I'm missing anything. I had a mental list of what I was going to report.
Thank you! I got her to eat some of it, but now we're at a new stage of problem: She keeps jerking her neck out and up and slightly to the right. Not always, but occasionally. But her crop feels like it's drastically dropped in size! It feels completely empty! This bird is going to give me an aneurysm. I don't know which problem is the one that I should focus on as every time I turn around she's giving me a new one. But she was all happy when I offered her very wet mash and grit, and she tried to wander out of the crate. When I said no she went back to being all sad and miserable. But if I put her outside, care is going to be near impossible with the rooster and too much room for her to get away.
She really was alert when I lit up her cage and gave her a minute.
