sluggish chicken?

I have a barred rock pullet about 5 months old and she seems a little sluggish and doesn't look up to speed. She just started laying 2weeks ago and laid like 6 eggs but now suddenly stopped and her top waddle is like slanted and looks droopy

it almost looks as if she is depressed or something. Idk she's eating and looks like she has gained weight, do u think she is upset because I took her eggs away or somehing, or is there a legit problem? Thanks

Didn't look to see where you are located, but has it been really hot there lately? might be the heat. If you feel like you NEED to do something, give electrolytes and/or Poly-visol baby vitamines w/o iron.
