This is my standard sized SLW hen. That looks like a silver sebright... I have a golden sebright roo... sorta looked like that...but with slate colored legs, not white. They both have rosecombs, so its hard to tell.
Though, I've never heard of a SLW bantam, and the lacings shouldnt be that great for a young age. SLW should also be more plump.
Also, looks like a hen for now. Even the hens gets well sized combs in both breeds.
After seeing the entire bird, I think you have a Silver Laced Wyandotte bantam hen (SLWs do come as bantams). The legs are not slate colored like those of a Silver Sebright (as PoultryQueen101 pointed out), and the tail does not look like a Sebright tail. I think your initial heading SLW is correct, you just need to add the word "bantam."
Actually...After comparing her with my SLW Standard....it does look like a SLW. I'd forgotten they came in bantam...was thinking of another bird.
Almost certain it's a hen.
If it were a S Sebright... it would have slate legs...and they are quite big for bantams (I think mine's over sized. )
