Wyandotte's combs will often get pink earlier than other breeds.
My male's comb was very pink at 2 weeks old and he had wattles growing in.
This is my boy Amos at around 2-3 weeks old. (Bird holding his head high.) His wattles and comb were actually more pink than this photo shows.

By 8-9 weeks there was no doubt, it's a boy.

If you look closely at the lacing pattern you will see the difference in girls vs boys. When very young, the males lacing looks messy compared to the girls whose lacing is neater and distributed fairly evenly all over the body. The male here shows much more silver on the wings.
Here are the 4 females I raised at the same time. Again, their combs are more pink than this photo shows. They have very little wattle growth.
