I said too due to coloring and I think I see saddle feathers coming in.

I would have to say rooster because of pic # 5....It looks from the picture that he/she already has saddle feathers coming in....And I agree with LindsayB comments as well...

Totally roo. Thick legs and the pattern the feathers are coming in-roos have that white patch on the wings. Hens have a more uniform coloration/pattern.
