Hello All,

I have a batch of SLW chicks who are 4 weeks old with 2 obvious cockerels and a fair few I'm on the fence about.

Here's some of my suspect pullets and I'm looking for the most likely girl. The plan is to keep 1 pullet; the rest already have a forever home lined up.
These are from show lines, but not bred for feather sexing.

Suspect 1: Very skittish... fastest to feather.

Suspect 2: Moderately Skittish - second fastest feathering, but those shoulders...

Suspect 3: One of the hard to distinguish middle 3; doesn't actively seek attention but not particularly skittish.

Aaand for comparison, here's a pic of one of the 'obvious boys' - one of these guys is the 3rd fastest feathering with some white shoulders coming in.

Aaand, Group Shot! The two boys are the highest in the photo - the one with the partial white shoulders and the one in the background.

So, what do you think? If I had to pick today, which seems the safest bet?

I'd say keep two of them. One will be lonely without any sisters and brothers. And of course, you can never have too many chickens! Lol.
Oh this is the last for my flock of 6 as I'm in the city. She won't be loney. They've been integrated since 2 weeks and the big girls have been really kind with them.

I agree with @Gray Farms they're still too young to know for sure yet. Could you post more pictures in a few weeks?
Was planning to sent the rest to their new owner soonish. I'll keep them at least till this weekend; they're feathering in fast at the moment and I'm pretty sure I see a third Cockerel. Chick 1 is still looking to be the best bet at the moment.

Here are some updated pics of #1. Out of all the chicks, 1 and 2 are the only ones with back feathering at the moment and she's a bit further along - nice bottle-brush of a tail too. Their new owner is picking up this weekend, and I still think #1 is my keeper.

Please note, she wasn't the most cooperative for these pics; I was trying to get a nice top-down view but she wouldn't have it.
