I have a broody. I am considering putting a couple eggs under her and letting her do her thing. I currently have a SLW Rooster over a mix of hens. I am definitely setting my EE eggs under her, but am considering setting a couple white or brown leghorn eggs as well. Has anyone ever tried this cross before? What came of it? I am not interested in fancy breeds or bloodlines, I just like colorful chickens and eggs. These may not even stay here, they may be sold or given away as barnyard mixes. They may not even hatch. Everyone has to start somewhere
