Small amount of blood where the comb meets the beak

I noticed this morning on my 8 week old chicks a small amount of blood where the comb meets the beak, should I worry?

Looks like they scraped it on something.
Are they sticking their beak through wire to get at grass/vegetation?

Check your feeder or other places where they may be scraping their beaks.

Just a note, if that is feed spilled on the ground, you will want to make sure they eat that up if freshly spilled or clean it up if left. Feed gets rancid and moldy quickly and can make them sick.
