Ikr?! There is another one close to her size, but not quite as small. That one is much more spunky though. We did their first swim today and Sweet Pea did fine, just as well as the rest wading around and washing up (we had a lot of "darters" but I didn't see her doing any of that). Guess that's all I'll post for now, I'll be sure to update later :)

Thanks for all the feedback!

Not stupid :) but I doubt it considering it's a Metzer purchase, and they don't breed East Indies. Plus I would hope they wouldn't make a mistake like that :idunno

Just thought I'd update :) Sweet Pea is doing just fine. She's still smaller than the rest (about 2/3 their size) but acts just like the rest of them now. I'm hoping she continues to be fine and right now I have no reason not to believe that :) pictures upon request lol

I'd love to see pics. And great to hear Sweet pea is doing fine.

Thats odd. I'm in the same situation. I got a cayuga duck from metzers and he/she is about half the size of her welsh harlequin counterpart; a runt. I noticed she wasn't really growing after a 3 or 4 days and thought she would die but after 2+ weeks she's still ok. I'll make sure to check for updates to see how yours does.
