We are brand new to chickens, and have six. Our checks are 10 days old, and we have one little chick chic that is not growing eating or drinking! I definitely need suggestions please! Her wings aren't coming in at all as well while the other 6 have and are flourishing.

Sorry to hear your little one isn't doing well, if you can get some Nutri-Drench, TSC and a lot of feed stores carry it.
I would give it full strength with a small syringe or eye dropper. Dab it on it's beak and it will swallow some. It's full of vitamins, minerals and electrolytes.

Hard to see in the red light, my eyes aren't what they use to be but check for pasty butt, could be the problem?
 
Some people put a small amount of apple cider vinegar, in the water - which is supposed to treat pasty butt. If she's pooing, she must be eating something. YOu can put some vaseline around her vent, so the poo will come off easier.

Have you gently dipped her beak in the water, so she knows where it is? Maybe the chick feed is too coarse for her and needs to be ground finer. She may also like it if it is a bit damp.

Have you tried coaxing her with finely mashed hard boiled egg yolk? Hope she starts improving soon.

Do the other chicks bully her away from water & feed, they tend to do that with weaker chicks. So an extra water and feeder away from the originals, gives her a chance to get some.
