Small coop. Waterer and Feeder??? Help

I am getting my small flock of three by the end of this week and have just finished my small chicken coop. As I have said it is not very big and I am not sure what to do about the waterer and feeder. I am afraid they will take up all the space in the coop but obviously the chickens need food and water. Should I not worry about this or does anyone have some creative ideas for a small coop???

How small is the "small coop"? They will need access to food and water 24/7 so it is imperative that you make things work. Can you attach a picture of the coop with measurements. Also, what are your plans for the run?

i hope you get some good ideas here, i am also needing a good idea, i have three small coops that i need to put waterers and feeders in without taking up room. im leaning toward the pvc feeders and just have the feed end inside the coop in the corner or something. but waterers, no idea

I have a small coop (repurposed bathroom vanity) inside a 5' X 10' dog run, so I also have space issues. Last weekend I built a water system for my birds, with the 5 galleon bucket outside the run, so it takes none of their floor space. I found excellent directions on this site, under the sticky at the top of this heading, for a contest, posted by Harleena on page 8 I believe. I had to order the chicken nipples, but they arrived in three days, and the assembly was pretty easy. My feeder is a gravity fed type, that I have hanging near the back of the run. I do not find that my girls need access to the food or water during the night, but if they got desperate, they could come out the pop door and help themselves. My dog run has a secure door and a heavy metal roof, so I don't latch the coop doors. Feel free to check out my coop on my page.

I have a 4x4 coop and 5 pullets, so space is at a premium. They have a 16x4 enclosed run and free range part of the day, so only use the coop to sleep and take chicken naps. I have two feeders and a waterer in the coop as back-ups as I also have a feeder and waterer in the run (their main feeding and watering stations).

I don't havea recent photo for the waterer - I use a nipple waterer (bucket with 3 nipples) that hangs from the roof as the original waterer(on right in the picture) took up too much real estate.
Having said that, I have only seen 3 out of my 5 birds use the nipple waterer- either the other 2 don't know how to, or just never needed to as they drink from the waterer in the attached run....They do eat from the coop feeder though, as I have to fill these up once or twice a week.
