Small duckling being kicked out of the group

Hello,
My kids and I picked up four Cayuga ducklings yesterday. The smallest of the group is being picked on and kicked out. The other three are bedding down together, the small one is on its own. It doesn't seem to be doing well. Is there a possibility that it is sick? thank you in advance.

Is the little one eating drinking and pooping?
If yes, it has a chance if you help it fighting:
Make sure that the little one warm stays warm and is not bullied by the others.
You can mix some of the duckling food with water and make a mash to which you should add some extra sugar for energy. Try to feed that as a first measurement.

it could have malnutrition from being bullied, could you seperate the duckling by itself in a proper heated brooder?

Bullying can also happen when the brooder is too small

Do you have a kitchen scale? What are you feeding them?

What has saved ducklings here in the past is supplimenting B complex vitamins, most importantly niacin. It is found at most feed stores and is givin orally over feed

Thank you for the replies. The little guy passed away, I held him and it happened very quickly. My oldest kid is heartbroken, in spite of all the talks we had about this before getting these guys. I had ducks as a child and remember how fragile this process can be all too well.
Before it passed, it seemed to lose control of its neck. Its head lay to one side and periodically its head jerked forward. Otherwise, it looked perfectly fine.
Now, I'm concerned about the rest. They seem fine right now, but I want to be sure I'm doing this correctly.
We got them yesterday, they're no more than a week old. They are eating unmedicated flock starter. They are getting meal worms. They are in a brooder in my garage with a 250 watt heat lamp at one end as it is still getting fairly cold at night right now. Temp right under the lamp reads 90 farenheit. They are very active.

Should I start adding yeast to their food tomorrow?
