Small egg

My pullet first egg is very small if I allow her sit on it will she hash it CU's it's small..I feel its too small for an healthy chick to come out of the egg

You're right. A tiny pullet's first egg shouldn't be incubated for several reasons.
However, even the most broody of breeds won't sit on their first egg. They will at least assemble a clutch first but some never go broody no matter how many eggs are amassed.
