Small eggs and small chickens

My hens have been laying for a good three months and there eggs are still the small (like they were when they started). The actual chickens are also smaller than what they should be. I dont know what to think.

i have, welsumers, RIRs, BRs, Columbian wiandots, new hampshire reds, and partridge rocks

Are you feeding your hens a complete layer ration? If so their eggs should increase in size.

i feed them a mix of scratch grains and layer feed
