Last week when I collected my banty eggs, I found a very small (nickle-sized) egg in the nest with normal sized eggs. This egg looked perfectly normal except it was round. Found another one the next day too. I opened them up and there were no yolks, just filled with normal-looking whites.

Anyone ever see this before? I hope it doesn't mean she's done laying? I have no idea how old the hens are because I adopted them. Thanks -

Thanks - "fart eggs"

My kids are going to love that one!!!

I was hoping that didn't mean she's past her prime. I've had these hens for almost a year and the laying has been very consistent so I know she's got to be older.
