I have an isa brown that has been laying eggs for about 2 1/2 weeks. They’re really small. Shouldn’t have gotten bigger in size by now ?

In my experience, it can take longer than that for eggs to reach "mature" size...generally, closer to a month, I'd say. Enjoy those pullet eggs!
