Small green poops not eating enough?

Today when I fed the chickens I noticed one of my silkies standing in the corner of the run, I got her out and tried to feed her separately but she still didn't eat
Her crop is completely full of water, feels like giant water balloon

Location on the planet? Is it hot there? Judging from the greenery, your chickens may have been gorging on grass and clover, which would account for the green wet poop. If it's hot, it would explain the white part.

Judging a crop while chickens are actively drinking and eating is futile. You need to check crops first thing before they eat or drink in the morning.
