First let me same, that I didnt know I had 7 roos!!! Im new to chickens, I posted an ad in craigslist and byc for either trading my roos for hens, or selling them, no takers. So now we're are down to, on the dinner table, but there is only so much chicken you can eat...or building another coop which we have to do since I have a bator with 23 chicks moving in them.

But we have a hen that is smaller than the others, the roos jump on her like crazy and have there way with her, I mean one is not even off and the other one is on her, they grab her hard by the neck, even pulling her back hard when she runs. Ive seen them these last two day 4 of them grab her and have there way. She looks tired.

Can they wear her down and kill her??? Im sure they could right? Can I contain her in a large dog kennel until we get another coop built??? HELP...

you might want to rethink the title might gett closed. but i dont think they could kill her could be feather damage most likely bare backs top of wings sometimes the necks or heads. remember you can always freeze the chickens and eat them when you want them good luck

They could rip off her back feathers and rip open the skin

I suppose if it was a teeny banty hen and a large rooster it's possible they could crush her...I don't know.

Just get rid of the roos. Put them in the freezer or feed them to the dogs after you kill them. Put the roos in the dog kennel, doesn't matter. Try craigslist. Too many roos is no good. How many hens do you have?

I would say either butcher those roos (freeze them for later) or take the hen to another pen. She should not have to be abused.

I had a situation similar once and there were 2 hens and both took a beating literally! One got her eye socket ripped by the roos. I then just butchered the extra roos and gave that hen extra nursing until she made a full recovery.

Had the hen been left with those roo's much longer I am 100% sure she'd been beaten up beyond repair.

Just process those roos. Their time has come.....

They can kill her.

If she's being attacked constantly, she's not eating and drinking, if nothing else.

I tweaked your title a smidge.

Yes, she can be killed or starved out from hiding from them. And her sides can be ripped open, too. They are worse in groups, trying to get her before the next one does. Please dont let that situation continue for her sake. Borrow a dog crate to keep a couple of the boys in if you have nowhere else, till they are given away/sold.
