One has been like that for almost 20 hours, and the other about 15 hours. I saw a lot of rocking last night but it's quiet now. What to expect?

keep humidity high (60-70%) and keep (i'm sorry, no mean to be rude) your hand out of those eggs since they have to make their own way out (to make such "surviving test" ). that's i learn from another byc er. hope it help. good luck

I'm no expert either...but I hear lots of talk about the membrane drying out...can you see the membrane through the pip? Does it look dry? I hope someone with more experience pops in.

It's a pip. Often it will take 24+ hours from the time they pip to when they start zipping. Also the membrane around the pip will more than likely look whitish....does not mean the inner membrane is dried out.
