I was thinking along those lines but you see no sign of infection - bloat in the belly or anything like that?

None.
If anything her energy level the last two days (not including today) had been down. But today she perked back up a lot.

I don't know what it is, but I think right now unless someone has a better suggestion would be to just keep watch on her. If she's eating/drinking and fairly active I would just wait and see what happens.

If this is what she has, It starts in the incubator from unsanitary conditions. Or possibly in the shipping boxes if they are contaminated.

I am hopeful that she will continue to pass stools and hopefully the mass will disappear. Keep the vent lubricated with a little oil or petroleum jelly.

Just giving an update... she is still going! She's eating, drinking, pooping. She has moments of lethargy, the others will be up playing, and she'll stand there like she's not feeling well. Im pretty sure her development is behind, at ten days old, her flight feathers are half an inch long, and her coverts are just now peeking out.

Here she is passed out from a belly rub!!!
And in the second pic, it appears i was wrong, her feather growth seems to be on par for ten days old.
