I know how you feel. There might as well not have been anything in Indiana either since the only one is in the far north of Indiana, Lagrange, on the border. No way that I'd take chickens that far.

Well, I was shocked to see there is a processor near our farm. In fact we pass through that little town every weekend when we go down there.

I don't think that list is complete, there is a couple of small meat lockers in Nebraska who will also process Poultry.

I have a list of at least three others

here in Michigan, USDA and MI licensed cannot process feathers and fur at the same plant.
