Small pullet...bantam?

I purchased all of my chicks on the same day. Two were a week old and the rest were supposed to be a few days old. My speckled sussex is so much smaller than the rest of them. Is this normal for the breed or is she possibly a bantam? They’re about eight weeks old now.

She'll probably never be a big bird, but man, she's cute.
