Small red and yellow specks in small poo?

We have a new hen in quarantine in the bathroom. Tonight I noticed her poo looks normal but a bit small (apparently my son did not give her enough food today and she ran out, and I was occupied with something else and didn't catch it). Two had a small red spot in each of them, not bloody-looking, but like she had eaten a small bit of something red and it came out the other end. One of those also had a bit of yellow in it, like a bit of dried egg yolk. This hen is not quite egg-age yet.

Any ideas?

Is she acting normal? Did she eat when you gave her more food?

It seems to have cleared itself up. Since she is quarantined in the bathroom, she may have pecked some threads from a towel or something. But she's fine now, and very cute!
